Virtual London - The best place to see London online

Mark Anderson and his wife Emma have lived in London for 10 years and in that time have established successful photography and design businesses. Arte Fotografica started life in a damp darkroom and is now a diverse business with a reputation for providing distinctive and imaginative photography.

Mark has recently been involved with a number of high profile photographic shoots including an assignment for the Visit London Group. Visits London's campaign centred around the slogan Wish You were Here! The brief was to produce a series of London images shot in such a way that the locations could be passed off as other cities.

Visit London polled 2000 people and asked them where they thought the photograph was taken. 85 percent thought that the Covent Garden photograph was somewhere in Italy. 95 percent thought that a shot taken by Festival Hall, on the bank of the River Thames at low tide, was taken in Sydney! Various other locations were passed off as Bombay, The Amazon river and New York! The photographs were published in the national broadsheets and The Evening Standard. you can read more details here.

Our new studio in Battersea is equipped to handle the most demanding of assigments, whether digital or film. All our work can now be produced in-house right through to finished artwork ready for publication. The studio can be used for portrait and commercial photography where required but we can also provide mobile equipment for lcoation shots.
