Location: 50 Cheyne Walk
Tube: Sloane Square (and a bit of a walk!)
A favoured watering hole for many a famous writer and artist including Whistler and Turner, this pub is in an enviable location opposite The River Thames.
Unfortunately there's a rather busy road between the pub and the water, but this does nothing to detract from the huge selection of real ales on offer or the generally comfortable ambience that attracts many punters. Evenings see candles on the tables and a steady stream of custom from both locals and visitors.
