If you find yourself desperate for a pie or steak while wandering the streets of Mayfair, this is the place to go. Attractive, atmospheric and covered in flowers, The Guinea has a fine pedigree dating back to 1423.
Fantastic ales are served in the tiny bar that can fill up almost to bursting. The steaks are arrayed and cooked before you while the steak and kidney pies have won numerous national awards. The restaurant is fairly dear but the food is excellent and has one praise from Princess Margaret, Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor to name but a few.
