One of London's best pubs (voted Evening Standards pub of the year). You can't get more English than this: the walls are bespangled with ex Prime Ministers as well as a million things on the ceiling including one hundred chamber pots which lead you to the loos!!
The passage is adeptly named 'Chamber Lane' by the eccentric landlord! The food is surprisingly Thai but extremely good indeed, so good in fact you have to book a table three days in advance!
